How do I register?
Simply click on the “Register” tab on the left side of the Home Page. You will be taken to a Create a New Account page. Submit your Stylists name and a valid email address. An email will be sent to you with a temporary password for your initial log-in. After your first log-in, change your password and start styling!
How do I change my password?
After your initial log-in, go to My Profile (found under Your Stuff). Click the Edit tab and fill in the new password form.
How do I upload a photo?
You can upload a picture by going to My Profile. Click edit and scroll down to the Picture section to browse and upload a profile picture. Must be a JPEG, PNG or GIF file and sized to 85x85 pixels to upload.
How do I search for other Stylists?
On the Stylists Page, you’ll find an area to Search People. Enter the name of the Stylists you are looking for here and you will be presented with a list of names matching your entry. Click the stylists you are looking for to be taken to their profile.
How do I add someone as a Friend?
Click on the Add a Friend button under their photo on their profile page and they will be sent a message with your friend request for them to approve.
How do I accumulate Style Points?
Get Style Points by participating on the site; from inviting a friend, adding other Stylists as a friends, posting new topics or commenting on existing topics- see how many style points you can get!
How do I create a topic?
On the Trend Talk Page, there is a link titled “New Topic.” Click here and fill in the subject title and a sentence or two about the topic. You can post anything at all from trends to colors to prices and more.
How do I comment on a topic?
See a topic on Trend Talk that interests you? Click on that topic to open the full discussion. Below the comments already posted you’ll find a box to submit your own comments. You can also select here whether you want to be notified if other Stylists comment on this topic.
How do I change my email preferences?
In My Profile go to Edit; You will find options for receiving email notifications when Friends send you message or when someone comments on your posts
